Dr. Khadija Moufid, the Head of the Center for Family Studies and Values Research, is participating in the 15th Doha Conference for Interreligious Dialogue 2024, which extends for two days on May 7th and 8th in Doha. She will present a paper titled "Family Structure and Organization in Islam: Concepts and Terminology."
The conference is attended by representatives of the three religions, intellectuals, and academics. From Morocco, Dr. Latifa Hayar, the Minister of Family, along with the former Prime Minister and a group of politicians and professors from various Moroccan un iversities, participated officially. Dr. Khadija presented her paper during the second session.

The paper highlights the structural and organizational characteristics of the family in Islam, emphasizing that a significant part of these characteristics is shared among the three religions, especially regarding the closure of the structure around a man and a woman, the sanctity of the family unit, and its fundamental role in social and psychological well-being.
It also expresses the commitment to religion and its standards as manifestations of stability, support for human nature, and the assumption of social responsibility, while providing all-encompassing foundations for happiness.

In conclusion, Dr. Khadija recommended the following:
1. The necessity of deepening the outcomes of religious dialogue to facilitate coordination in order to combat legislative terrorism carried out under the umbrella of the United Nations, its charters, and the tendency towards state terrorism, in order to adhere to biased choices that only represent a deviant minority dominating global politics and media.
2. Inviting academics, universities, and research centers to coordinate efforts in formulating a glossary of family terms in monotheistic religions, subject to standardization, including the components of structure, values, roles, legislation, and family elements.
3. Establishing effective mechanisms to support the institution of marriage and family, and facilitating all means for its establishment and continuity.
